Nutritional Counselling is a critical tool in developing a lifestyle which is geared towards the preventions of
   cardiovascular and other related diseases.

An appointment may be made with a Registered Nutritionist who provides guidance on how to correct or
prevent the onset of heart disease or its related risk factors.

Counselling is offered for any type of diet, including low cholesterol, low salt, fat free, diabetic and weight loss.
This is a necessary part of our prevention programme.

If patients are given advice to follow a particular diet, professional help has to be available to assist them with
this change in their lifestyle. As changes in lifestyle are often difficult, the advice and guidance of a professional
assists in making the right choices and sticking to them.

Please call us for more information or to make an appointment.
